The result of the discussion was: deleted - as nobody has been able to give a real source for this image, deleted. --B (talk) 04:57, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- File:ASAP XV - 1.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Licensing for the original image look okay, but the image overloading the original is probably commercial. Eeekster (talk) 01:31, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Actually, the original one is problematic too. It was originally sourced to Flickr [1], but the link is broken and leads to an unrelated image ([2], which in turn is taken/stolen/borrowed from [3], by yet another Flickr user, and was previously also uploaded here as File:Sarah Geronimo PLDT.JPG by White paladin888 (talk · contribs), who is now blocked for copyvios). Another image by the same uploader as File:ASAP XV - 1.jpg, File:Sarah TNO Tour.JPG, has also been traced to Flickr [4], from yet a different Flickr account. File:ASAP XV - 1.jpg is in none of the above Flickr photostreams, so they may well have all been stolen from different owners. The user who kept uploading a different image over the old one has been blocked for disruption. (Confused now? You should be.) Fut.Perf. ☼ 07:14, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Update: the rogue overlaid upload is now identified: copyvio from [5]. Fut.Perf. ☼ 12:33, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
