I remember a thread at the start of the year wherein ppl listed their "anime objectives" for the rest of this year. I wonder how many ppl managed to achieve their targets. |
| ive definitely not watched as much anime this year as i did last year, ive only seen 20 new shows this year, and out of those 20, ive only finished 11, ive been picking up manga a lot more this year tbh so that also is another factor |

| I felt like I watch really less this year. Starting my Year 11 Semester 1 and it was a rough time so to make myself more comfortable, I decided to catch up with One Piece before 2023! Still watching seasonals thou but the reason I'm solely watching One Piece since like last year is because there are so many test I have to go through e.g. internships, IELTS, activities for uni applications and you know it, I'm gonna be more busy and watch less and less seasonals hahah! |

| I completed 37 anime installments, but it will probably be 38 or 39 by the end of the year. Also, that number counts every installment of the Monogatari series, so it could be considered inflated. It also doesn't count rewatches (except for two). |

| Debuted this year but haven't completed yet : 22 Completed : 13 (including one movie) The thing is that I ended 2021 and began 2022 with a lot of motivation for anime and so began to watch plenty, and just a few months in 2022 (around march), I decided that'd be the perfect time to start watching more shows and movies that aren't anime. Consequently for most of the anime series I listed as completed, I completed them at the beginning of the year. Yeah I kinda regret my decision because now I have WAYYYYY too many things to watch and catch up to (without much time to actually do so). And I'm not just talking about anime. |

| What i did this year was to watch close to every TV entrie for this year and the once i did ignore the last 2-3 years. In all i have watched around 270-280 shows, dropped a few, still shows that are ongoing. But then again entries dosen't mean anything, as it's the days you want to watch over first then the amount of entries. |

| Completed 125 titles this year. This includes movies and ovas as well, but its safe to say they even out with stuff I dropped. There's also a sizable amount of non-anime media I consumed as well. Free time goes brrr edit: now that I look again there are a lot of OVAs in my list than I gave credit for |

| If you're counting only anime that were airing this year, on-hold and dropped anime also counts, as well as ONA and OVA involved, I guess I have around: Winter: 18 Spring: 18 Summer: 15 Fall: 20 18 + 18 + 15 + 20 = 71 watched. Quite insane. |
