Because if you make Larry happy, and Don's comment to Sophia over the phone, and Don's reactions at the casino with Sophia, I don't think Don would mistreat her in any way and he will help her out with a little or no favor at all. The second solution may be that Sophia has to do something sexual in essence to Aiden and Crew as that will be Aiden's demand to release her from the blackmail as payment in full. It could be something like a BJ for all the gang members he invites, as an example. That would be far worst as it would humiliate and defile her if she/the reader doesn't want to carry on with the task at that point, IMO

This is all doubtful that she'd be able to get any legitimate help from him since Don Morello's lawyer is more than likely Aiden's uncle. I really wouldn't be surprised by a twist like that where she won't be able to get any legitimate help from Morello without being used by him similar to what Aiden is doing. Either that or he'd expect something in return for legitimate help. Possibly convincing her to see Larry again or perhaps working for him at his Casino or some other business he might happen to own.
