Don't worry that's not the problem, in the US the character could be an obvious loli and as long as it is said she is 18+ it's all ok, I'm pretty sure the problem was the incest.

Though they aren't going by the US supreme court's ruling, we're going with Patreon's ruling. Regardless of what the state sees as fair, individual companies are to have their own ruling on the matter. So in the end, that only means you won't go to jail but it doesn't mean you can't be punished with accordance to the companies rules (in this case, patreon).

That I can't say, since I don't know what they would dictate as "incest" or "**********" or even their future plans for NSFW content as a whole. It's the same reasoning that people can get unfairly fired from a work place environment. The ruling of the company is against you. I mean you could choose to sue them to bring it to the attention of the US court but as we know, money is usually the deciding factor in the end of that.

in the UK it's 16 as in a lot of Europe, technically in japan the age of consent is 13 though each individual area has an age of consent of their own, i think the minimum in practise is 16
